Kaiser's Laboratory (Instance Dungeon) is situated on Dark Tower Wasteland. * The player must first complete Chaos in the Lab (2) quest (part of Chaosmon Jogress Quest) in order to receive the Kaiser's Laboratory Warp [H] daily quest.
